I really didn't cheat on the first one though.

Places to see where there's not really anything to see

Joe and I decided to do some more tourism while we're still here. Yesterday was Joe's day off, so we went to Far West to see the cornerstones laid by the pioneers for a temple that was never built, to Haun's Mill where the only marker is a gravestone that isn't legible any more, and to Adam-ondi-Ahman where there's just a big beautiful field. It took us all afternoon to drive out to the middle of nowhere to see them (seriously, Joe almost killed another oil pan on one of the roads), but we were glad we did. Our only regret was not doing some research about the sites before we left. It would have been really cool to read about each of the sites in the car before seeing them.

AJ's first ride on his new motorcycle made a huge impression!

Natalie really likes to dance. She thinks that you have to only have one sleeve in to be a true ballerina though.

Moving to Washington

Joe and I had a lot of fun taking the kids to Washington for Spring Break. So much fun that we thought we'd just move there. Okay, there's really a lot more to our decision to move than that. But we really are moving to Washington on May 14th. Our new address will be:

4398 Road E.9 NE
Moses Lake, WA 98837

You can continue to reach us by our cell phones at:
(509) 750-6875 (Joe)

I don't know whether to be proud or ashamed...

I can't decide if I'm proud or ashamed of myself for waiting this long to post again. On the one hand, I've resisted blogging once again after my initial falter. On the other hand, I'm posting now. On the other other hand, people really probably would like to know what we're up to. At least that's what certain members of my family tell me (namely my dad). Oh, well. Now that Andrea has kindly sent me a super easy way to make my blog cute, I might post more often. We'll see.
